Basic Charges
The prices include 10% consumption tax.
Standard Plan (No meals included)
- Up to 2 persons
- 165,000 yen (including tax)
- Per additional person
- 44,000 yen (including tax)
Standard Plan with Breakfast (Shojin Ryori – Buddhist vegetarian meal)
- Up to 2 persons
- 175,000 yen (including tax)
- Per additional person
- 49,000 yen (including tax)
*The base rate is consistent for one or two guests.
*For groups of three or more, the charges will be added to the base rate for up to two guests. The maximum is nine guests.
Accommodation Tax (stipulated by Kyoto city)
The tax will be collected at the time of payment.
- From 20,000 yen to less than 50,000 yen (for one guest, one stay)
- 500 yen
- More than 50,000 yen (for one guest, one stay)
- 1,000 yen
Payment
Bank transfer and credit card payment are available.
Bank Transfer
Please make payment within one week of your reservation to the account to be separately disclosed.
Credit Card Payment
Please complete payment upon your arrival and prior to checking in. Please use the payment terminal device we provide.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you cancel your reservation, please understand that a cancellation fee will be charged according to the following rates.
- Cancellation with no prior notification:
- 100% of the total fee
- Cancellation up to 5 days prior to the start day of stay
- 100% of the total fee
- Cancellation from 6 to 10 days prior to the start day
- 70% of the total fee
- Cancellation from 11 to 14 days prior to the start day
- 50% of the total fee
